Fox Amethyst sells natural amethyst formations mined in Ametista do Sul, Brazil. Because each piece is a natural product, variations in color, size, weight, and mineral inclusions are expected and are part of each formation's character — not defects. Product photos are representative; the exact piece you receive may differ slightly from photos due to the one-of-a-kind nature of natural stone.

All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars (USD). Payment is processed securely through Stripe at the time of order. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including in cases of suspected fraud, pricing errors, or inventory issues — in which case you will be refunded in full.

We ship internationally from Brazil. Shipments to the United States are subject to U.S. customs duties, which are determined by U.S. Customs and Border Protection and are the buyer's responsibility. See our Shipping & Customs page for details. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.

All sales are final except in cases of shipping damage or items shipped in error. Full details are available on our Refund and Returns Policy page, which forms part of these Terms.

All content on this site — including photos, text, logos, and design — is the property of Fox Amethyst and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without our written permission.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Fox Amethyst is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this site or purchase of our products. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product in question.

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to our business operations, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes will be resolved through good-faith negotiation before any other action is pursued.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
