Description
Deep violet amethyst crystals cover this cluster from edge to edge, packed so closely that the surface reads as one continuous field of glossy facets. The color runs from dark violet to near black in the shadows, with lighter violet tips catching the light. The crystals are sharply terminated, and a gray-brown base is visible at one end. The density and uniform color are the main visual features. Natural color, nothing dyed. From Artigas, Uruguay.
